It's called a Cucumber Mint Fizz - Spiked, and it's one of my favorite specialty drinks. The drink is served at Boom Noodle, which happens to be a favorite restaurant of mine in Seattle.
I had the drink tonight with dinner and, for some reason, suddenly realized this is something I should be trying to recreate on my own. It's just mint and cucumber muddled in some sort of concoction — a simple syrup, I'm guessing — a squirt of soda water and a shot of vodka, of course.
